📌 Eligibility for Returns/Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of genuine issues such as:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product received
- Major manufacturing defect
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
🎥 Mandatory Proof
- A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
- The video must clearly show:
- The package being opened
- The product condition
- The issue/defect
⚠️ Without proper video proof, requests will not be considered.
✅ Approval Process
- All return/exchange requests are subject to verification by our team.
- If the issue is found valid, your request will be approved.
- If not approved, no return or exchange will be applicable.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for eligible cases after approval.
- Customers may choose:
- Replacement of the same product (if available), or
- Exchange with another product of equal value
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Products without unboxing video proof
- Products damaged after use
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Change of mind or personal preference
📦 Return Instructions
- Once approved, customers will receive return instructions.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.
