📌 Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of genuine issues such as:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong product received
    • Major manufacturing defect
  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

🎥 Mandatory Proof

  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The package being opened
    • The product condition
    • The issue/defect

⚠️ Without proper video proof, requests will not be considered.


✅ Approval Process

  • All return/exchange requests are subject to verification by our team.
  • If the issue is found valid, your request will be approved.
  • If not approved, no return or exchange will be applicable.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for eligible cases after approval.
  • Customers may choose:
    • Replacement of the same product (if available), or
    • Exchange with another product of equal value

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without unboxing video proof
  • Products damaged after use
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Change of mind or personal preference

📦 Return Instructions

  • Once approved, customers will receive return instructions.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.
